The project sites are the Qitaihe TCM Hospital and Qitaihe No. 2 Hospital in Qitaihe city, Heilongjiang and Mianyang 404 hospital in Mianyang city, Sichuan, PR China.
The general objective of the project is to improve medical care for the population and satisfying the advancing demand for health care services in the project areas through the procurement of medical equipment for the selected hospitals.

• This project is to support KfW in conducting their appraisal mission and contributing to their appraisal report:
  Review of the equipment list to optimise the benefits of the project, to standardise and detail the specifications of the equipment, determine quantities and ensure completeness of list to enable approximate cost estimate and adjustment of list to fit available budget
• Preparation of technical specifications which include MRI, CT, Angiography X-ray machine (DSA), digital X-ray machines, digital dental panoramic x-ray unit, colour Doppler Ultrasound machine,
• Determination of the general technical conditions, and finalise the price estimates.
• Assist Window Company in the preparation of the tender documents.
• Assist in the tendering procedure and participate in the evaluation.
• Prepare progress report and final report.
