The selected project sites are within the Heilongjiang and Sichuan Provinces. Objective of the project is to improve medical care for the population and satisfying the advancing demand for health care services through the procurement of medical equipment. Services provided are review of equipment list to optimise the benefits of the project and make adjustments to fit available budget. Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, determination of the general technical conditions, and finalization of price estimates, and assist in the preparation of tender documents, tendering procedure and evaluation and finalization of the contract documents for approval.
