MCM Cycles Sdn. Bhd. plans to develop a purpose-built health facility in the Kampar district, situated 45 km from Ipoh, to cater to the growing demands of the population. The changing dynamics of healthcare demand and supply in Malaysia have led to an increased need for private healthcare facilities. Consequently, the public hospital has been burdened with the demand for healthcare services, particularly those provided by hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

MCM anticipates that the planned hospital will significantly improve and enhance the public’s health by providing top-notch hospital facilities and services, especially for the residents of Kampar district. To evaluate investment opportunities for the development of a private hospital facility in Kampar District, MCM has appointed Mediconsult Sdn Bhd to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study, encompassing both market and financial analysis.
