Putra Medical Centre (PMC), wholly owned by Unique Luxury Sdn Bhd, plans to establish a new private hospital in Bandar Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. The company has identified two pieces of land, measuring 0.7013 and 2.322 hectares respectively, in Bandar Kulim for the proposed development. The hospital is envisioned to have 90 beds initially, with a master plan in place for future expansion to accommodate up to 180 beds.

To assess the viability of this project and explore potential opportunities in the area, Mediconsult Sdn Bhd (MSB) has been appointed to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study. The study aims to identify the market demand, assess the financial prospects, and determine the overall feasibility of the hospital development. The client has also requested Mediconsult to obtain pre-establishment approval from CKAPS.
