The objective of MCH II-V project is to increase utilization of quality healthcare services, as well as improvement of efficiency and quality of medical care and emergency treatment. This is to be achieved by rehabilitating the infrastructure and supply of medical equipment to selected hospitals.  The project also includes accompanying measures to sustain the investments made, emphasizing on human resource development and implementation of equipment maintenance & inventory system.

Our responsibility for the project covers equipment planning, provision of engineering information and coordination with the consulting team.  During the procurement process for equipment, we have prepared equipment specifications, tender documents and supported the client in tender evaluation.  In the course of supply of equipment, we managed the installation, testing & commissioning, providing user and maintenance training as well as establishing the equipment inventory system.
