Pingling has over 20 years of experience in international health services consulting with a focus on health system and services strengthening. Pingling’s well-rounded international experience has seen to her involvement in essential positions in the field. She has participated in projects in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malawi, Malaysia, Mongolia, Tanzania, Uzbekistan and Vietnam which were funded by ADB, WHO, KfW, and GIZ.
Academically, Pingling obtained a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, Malaysia. She was awarded the John Griffith Prize for distinctive performance for her study in Master of Public Health from University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
