It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of our colleagues:

Juliana Basheer Ali

from Vice Principal to Principal – Medical Technology

Juliana graduated with her Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering in University of Malaya, Malaysia, and pursued her Masters in Biomedical Engineering in University of New South Wales, Australia.

Juliana has more than 14 years’ experience in medical equipment planning and project implementation. Her involvement in hospital projects begins from medical planning to hospital construction that includes management of equipment installation, testing and commissioning of medical equipment. She is currently involve in hospital projects in Malaysia and Singapore. Juliana is a fellow member of the Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) for Biomedical Engineering, University Malaya.

ar. Aiman Mirza Albert Abdullah

from Vice Principal to Principal – Health Facility Planning

Aiman has over 20 years’ experience. He has assisted two hospital developments in obtaining Green Building Index (GBI) compliance - Gleneagles Hospital (Gold Certification) and Manipal Hospital (LEED Compliance). Aiman holds a Master of Science with Merits in Planning Buildings for Health from London South Bank University, and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours from Universiti Teknology Mara.

DR PINGLING YEOH

from Principal to Senior Principal – Health Systems & Services

Pingling has over 20 years of experience in international health services consulting with a focus on health system and services strengthening. Pingling’s well-rounded international experience has seen to her involvement in essential positions in the field. She has participated in projects in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malawi, Malaysia, Mongolia, Tanzania, Uzbekistan and Vietnam which were funded by ADB, WHO, KfW, and GIZ.

Academically, Pingling obtained a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, Malaysia. She was awarded the John Griffith Prize for distinctive performance for her study in Master of Public Health from University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

STEWART CHAN

from Assistant Vice President to Vice President – Admin & Finance

Stewart has good knowledge of financial accounting and has been an asset to the company. Joined in 2011, he has managed both the administration and financial portfolios for the company. Stewart holds Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Management Accounting)

AHMAD SAHLAN ZAKI MAMAT

from Consultant to Senior Consultant– Health Facility Planning

Ahmad Sahlan has over 14 years’ experience. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

CHANG YEN LING

from Consultant to Senior Consultant – Medical Technology

Yen Ling has more than 18 years’ experience as Procurement Manager and Medical Equipment Planning. Her involvement in hospital projects begins from medical equipment planning to loose furniture planning, and database management. Yen Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Management & English.

JEYASEELAN VELAYUTHAM

from Sr. Consultant to Vice Principal – Medical Technology

Jeyaseelan graduated from NTU Singapore and was working in elctronics industry in Singapore for 9 years. In 2002, he joined Mediconsult and has been in medical equipment consulting field since then. Apart from Malaysia, he was also involved in hospital construction projects in Indonesia and Qatar. His involvement in the hospital construction projects are primarily in the implementation stage which includes services coordination, administration and management of equipment installation, testing and commissioning, project handover as well as hospital sustainability activities.
