Qualitas Medical Group, one of the leading primary healthcare providers in Malaysia as well as across the Asia-Pacific Region engaged Mediconsult Sdn. Bhd. to design two of Qualitas’ key health facilities in Kuala Lumpur. The Ambulatory Care Centre @ Eve Suites will provide specialist outpatient care and carry out minimally invasive procedures on outpatient basis and consists of consultation suites, a minor Operating Theatre and an Endoscopy Room. Kumpulan Medic GP Clinic and Smile Focus Dental Clinic is an interdisciplinary health facility providing both general primary health as well as dental health services including dental imaging.

The Mediconsult team is responsible for the functional health facility planning, equipment planning as well as interior design of the project. To reflect Qualitas’ patient centered philosophy, the design combines function and aesthetic to create a conducive environment for clinical operations and workflow without sacrificing patient well-being. Putting patients and the medical team in the center of design considerations, the layout, colors, materials and furnishing are carefully selected to provide an inviting as well as comforting environment.

As the Lead Consultant, Mediconsult Sdn. Bhd’s extensive healthcare experience contributed to the successful implementation of the project within time and budget.

Mediconsult Sdn. Bhd. is also responsible for part of the Hospital Management Component. Our team is supporting Qualitas in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the preparation of the ISO certification and provides training for the facility staff in facility management and operations.
